  • Fully personalised running programme updated week to week

  • Training tailored around your lifestyle and goal-specific distance/pace

  • Weekly 1:1 check-ins either via Whatsapp messages or a 15min call to review progress, feedback, and adjustments

  • Female health–led coaching, with training aligned to your menstrual cycle and recovery needs

  • Warm-up, cool-down, and injury-prevention guidance
