At Muze, we offer female-specific running programming. In a world of AI and computer-generated plans, we’re bringing it back to training with care, individualism and programmes tailored to your body and needs.

Our mission is to empower female athletes to better understand their body, their cycle and how to train accordingly - adapting when life, stress or symptoms change.

And of course, we love community - expect run meet-ups, activation events and education evenings alongside our programmes.

ELLA DAVIS

Co-Founder & Head Coach

Born and raised in Northern Ireland, I moved to Australia in 2024 and haven’t looked back. Running has been a defining part of my life from a young age, competing internationally as a junior and developing a deep appreciation for the sport across its social, creative, and competitive sides. After my own career was curtailed by injury and amenorrhea, my passion shifted toward education and advocacy -particularly around helping women train safely, fuel adequately, and build resilient bodies. I’m deeply committed to supporting female runners to reach their full potential while prioritising long-term health, performance, and overall wellbeing.

  • Athletics NI Assistant Coach

  • Level 1 Recreational Running Coach

LUCY SCARBOROUGH

Born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand, I discovered running later in life as a way to support my mental health, and it quickly became a deep passion. I’m now a dedicated runner and ultra runner, and the founder of 445 Run Club, a community built on connection, consistency, and showing up. I’m passionate about fuelling for performance, running for longevity, and pushing my mental and physical limits, while helping others build a sustainable relationship with running that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.

  • XPT Performance Breathwork Coach

Physio & Female Health Specialist

I’m a physiotherapist specialising in female sports performance and women’s health, dedicated to helping women feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. With a deep understanding of how the female body moves, adapts, and thrives, I support women through every stage of life, whether that’s returning to exercise, training for performance, or simply moving without pain.

I’m deeply passionate about running, fitness, gym training, and staying active, and I believe movement should empower you, not limit you. My approach combines evidence based physiotherapy with realistic training principles, so you’re not only rehabbing, but building a resilient, high performing body that supports your goals.

My mission is to help women train smarter, move better, and feel strong in their own skin. Because being active isn’t just about fitness, it’s about freedom, confidence, and longevity!

BRIGITTE BISHOP

Sports Nutritionist

am an Accredited Sports Nutritionist and Registered Nurse specialising in women’s health, with a strong understanding of female physiology, hormones, and performance. My perspective is shaped by both clinical education and my own experience in marathon training, bodybuilding, and high-performance sport. I bridge evidence-based sports nutrition with frontline healthcare, taking a holistic approach that considers a woman’s training demands, hormonal health, lifestyle, and long-term wellbeing.

I’m passionate about helping women fuel in alignment with their bodies and believe nutrition should empower, not restrict. My approach combines evidence-based sports nutrition with clinical insight, so you’re not just eating to look a certain way, but fuelling for strength, resilience, longevity, and performance — with strategies that support results without compromising long-term health.
